Scales the Dragon brings magic and mayhem to Sam and his friends in Class 4 – unseen by their teacher, Mrs Green. Now it’s summer!
Class 4 meet Scales’ new neighbour: a goggle-eyed, two-legged dragon named Why Vern. There is a cruel knight to battle, a daring rescue to perform and the discovery of the hardest word. Class 4 is also taking part in a school pageant of Saint George and the Dragon. Of course, Scales is determined to be at the centre of the action. But his version of the legend has a very different ending. So no-one knows what will happen on the day of the performance!
With a friend like Scales, there just aren’t enough hours in the day!
The third series of adventures that began with A DRAGON IN CLASS 4 and A DRAGON IN SPRING TERM.
